It is about…

Retaining the right people.
Making sure they are doing the right things.
Helping them get what they want so they will help you get what you want.
Raising the bar so that you no longer accept just OK performance.
Making sure you support your “A” players.
Making the tough people decisions that it takes to build an “A” team.
